At CPK Web Services we can connect your current business phone system to Microsoft Teams to allow your business or organisation, to take advantage of modern unified communications. We can either provide basic Sip Trunks, which gives you the ability to make and receive telephone calls in Microsoft Teams, plus basic functionality such as call ques and Voicemail within Microsoft Teams, however if you require more enhanced functionality such as full voice menus and more redundancy then the basic Microsoft Teams direct routing, we can offer a hybrid solution. Our hybrid solution for Microsoft teams is built on our Hosted PBX.

Our hosted Cloud PBX is built on an enterprise grade PBX hosted in Datacentres in Sydney and Melbourne for complete redundancy. This solution allows for complete call center functionality within Microsoft Teams including an ability to record inbound and outbound calls, multiple voice menus including press one for support 2 for sales etc and the ability to use a choice of phone handsets including a range of desk phones from the likes of Yealink and other top brands. Plus we can deploy a second softphone in cases where a fully redundant phone system is required. The Hosted PBX solution also integrates with CRM Systems such as Dynamics365 and Salesforce so that calls can all be tracked in real time to improve customer service levels, also secure payment solutions can also be deployed for customers that need to take clients payment details over the phone, this can be done by the Hosted PBX in a secure manner.

The Microsoft Teams platform integrates voice calling and video conferencing capabilities as well as written messaging communications between groups of people, within organisations.
The Microsoft Teams platform can replace legacy phone systems and video conferencing systems, it is also fully integrated with the Microsoft365 suite of products.
The Teams calling solution is priced on a pay per user model and can easily scale up or down depending on the number of users.
